Terms and Conditions

Rob’s Tours is a small group tour operator operating in Mexico.

We do have a few rules we have set out for our group tours.

1. Enjoy yourself. This is a time to let go and enjoy each moment in our wonderful destinations.
2. Get to know your fellow tour guests. Many friendships have been formed on our tours.
3. As a courtesy to your fellow tour guests please make sure you are on time for all excursions.
   

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

1. Deposit Requirement: To secure a booking for any of our tours, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. The deposit amount will be specified during the booking process and is subject to change depending on the specific tour and date selected.

2. Non-refundable Deposit: All deposits are non-refundable. By making a deposit, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the deposit secures their reservation and is used towards administrative costs and pre-tour preparations that are initiated based on the expectation of their participation. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to personal circumstances, health issues, or travel advisories.

3. Cancellation by the Customer: In the event that a customer chooses to cancel their tour for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded. Customers are encouraged to consider purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellation for personal reasons to mitigate potential losses.

4. Final Payment: The balance of the tour price is due no later than 30 days before the scheduled tour departure date. If the final payment is not received by the due date, the booking may be canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.

5. Cancellation or Alteration by Rob’s Tours: In the unlikely event that Rob’s Tours must cancel or significantly alter a tour due to circumstances beyond our control, customers will be offered an alternative tour option or a credit towards future travel with us, subject to availability. If neither option is feasible, Rob’s Tours may refund the payment received minus the non-refundable deposit.

6. Acknowledgment: By making a deposit, the customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth by Rob’s Tours including the non-refundable deposit policy.
